Shasta County has two major problems with election fraud as the days tick down on the closure of the 2024 Presidential election “season” ends. In California with introduction of the electronic tabulation machines “election day” has now been extended into “two election seasons”. The Constitution provides that elections will be conducted on the second Tuesday following the first Monday in November of every even numbered year.
The clear language of the Constitution says one day the “second Tuesday”. But with increased technology being held high as to provide “secure” elections and to “speed” up results of elections to the public the left has dominated the interpretation of one day into a season in which to vote and a second season in which to count the votes. Voting “Season” starts 29 days before the “election day” and then following election day there is another 27 days to “Count” the votes for a total of approximately two months or 56 days in which to not only vote but to count the vote.
In the Shasta County voter fraud case the issues surround not just all 56 days of the Elections but the behavior of county clerk recorder Cathy Darling Allen and her staff but other Shasta county staff who willfully ignored state and federal law in hopes that the political winds of a Kamala Harris election would alter the County Board balance of political power.
So the season is now rapidly coming to a close in which to “count” the votes
.
County Supervisor Patrick Jones has been a conservative icon on the Shasta County Board of Supervisors who has held the now retired county clerk recorder Cathy Darling Allen responsible for the failings of her tenure in that position. Jones, never one to let the retirement of a former clerk recorder stand in the way of the truth has now revealed that Cathy Darling Allen on her way out the door was using her position to deliberately modify board approved policies for a political purpose in defiance of approved board policies to alter the outcome of the 2024 Presidential Elections.
Voting on the Motion to Release the e-mails: Massive Shasta Election Fraud: Part III
Below are the emails that were discovered by Jones that are the evidence of Darling plan. Pay close attention to pages 8-10.
