Former President Trump’s toughest opponent to regaining the White House has been surviving wildly dubious lawsuits, and $548 million in New York lawfare judgements. But after going public just six months ago, “The Donald’s” 79 million shares of Trump Media & Technology Group (NYSE: DJT) that ownsTruth Social has risen to $2.37 billion. As a result, Trump’s net worth just hit an all-time-high of $4.4 billion.
Trump after the judgments, still had $2.6 billion of other primary assets including: Real Estate worth about $1.1 billion;Club & Resort assets worth about $1 billion; other assets ofabout $100 million; and $400 million of Cash. With Truth Social doubling in the last 3 weeks, and up 18% on October 14, Trump is now the 308th richest person in the world, according to Forbes Magazine.

Donald Trump should be a shining example of the meritocracy of the American Dream, where people are judged on the basis of their individual abilities. Trump did get a substantial head start in life, but he compounded the $14 million in inheritances he received from his immigrant father in the last 40 years by a stunning 3,143%.
Trump’s successes are an anathema to leftists. According toErik Torenberg’s viral 2022 Substack where he quotes professors from Harvard and Princeton in his article “On Meritocracy”:
“Firstly, it’s a myth. But to the extent meritocracy exists, it’s bad. A belief in meritocracy is not only false: it’s bad for you. Meritocracy makes everyone miserable. Meritocracy harms everyone — even the winners.”
Torenberg claims “meritocracy is a disguise for plutocracy — a justification of inequalities whose origins lie not in ability, but in power and privilege. Others say meritocracy has fueled an individualist culture that has given up on notions of the common good.”
Through grit and determination, Trump has now survived a Lawfare Whole-of-Government effort to destroy him personally and prevent a fair election by the American people.
But Trump still faces a lawfare appeal of author E. Jean Carroll’s judgment for defamation; New York Attorney General Letitia James’ civil fraud judgment for overstating the market value of his properties; Georgia District Attorney Fani Willis’s election interference case; New York New York District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s falsified business records case; and two federal court cases brought by illegally appointed US Special Counsel Jack Smith.
